The privacy and personal data protection are important to UAB “Tractor parts” (hereinafter referred to as “Tractor parts”). We have developed privacy principles that set out the purposes and conditions of processing of personal data and rights of data subjects with regard to personal data.

Data subject – a person whose personal data are processed (e.g. the owner of the device, etc.).
Principles
Principle of lawfulness, fairness and transparency – data processing is lawful, fair and transparent to the data subject.
Purpose limitation principle – personal data are collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes without further processing in a way incompatible with those purposes.
The principle of minimum data collection – personal data is corresponding, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes of the processing.
The principle of fairness – personal data is correct and, when necessary, kept up to date, and incorrect personal data is deleted or rectified without delay.
Storage restriction principle – personal data shall be stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for that purpose to achieve.
Principle of reliability and confidentiality – personal data shall be processed using appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure adequate protection of personal data, protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage.
